All You Can Eat Sushi at WholeFoods

When I was in Australia, Sushi became part of my staple diet. With a little sushi bar on every corner it was hard to resist. Not exactly the same vibes in The Cotswolds however, we are really lucky to have a few amazing sushi restaurants in Gloucestershire but our go to when we get a sushi craving is always WholeFoods Market in Chelteham - actually, WholeFoods in our go to for all food cravings! Seriously love it there. Don't even get us started on the coffee and peanut butter. As you know we love local produce and WholeFoods Cheltenham has an incredible range of Cotswold goodies! But when we spotted an 'All You Can Eat Sushi' Event on Twitter, our excitement hit a new level!

This blog post is a little late, sorry but it's still worth writing as WholeFoods recently commented on our Instagram so we know they'll be releasing more Sushi Event dates soon, hopefully once a month. The easiest way to find out is by following them on Twitter and Instagram for lots of latest news.

We booked our Sushi slot (you have to book) for 7.00pm-8.30pm, running a little late and panicking we wouldn't have enough time to embark on the challenge 'All You Can Eat', we ran in at 7.45pm, grabbed a table and a pitcher (4 pints, between 4 of us) of delicious Cotswolds Premium Larger for £14, not bad value and we could've chosen between wine, hot drinks, non-alcoholic beverages or a healthy juice from the juice bar.

The event ended up be busier than I think WholeFoods had expected so by the time we arrived, they were pretty low on sushi but were working hard to replenish the bar with lots more. While we waited, the kind members of staff brought us over some little tasters because they were worried we hadn't eaten yet and they let us hit the bar first to get the best picks. The selection was massive and everything looked so delicious. Fresh tuna, loads of avocado, spring rolls, Edamame beans and delicious Miso soup. We piled up our plates and dived in (and then went back for more!...and more!).

Keep an eye out for the next 'All You Can Eat Sushi' dates - it was SO worth £19.99 each. Amazing value for money, delicious fresh Sushi and a really cool atmosphere. Plus you get given vouchers to shop in store on the night.

We're really tempted to go along to the Genji Sushi Class in May and have been desperate to try WholeFoods 'Tasty Tuesday' for a while. Check out WholeFoods events here for more information.
